Right of Refusal

DNA Health Medical Center LLC (“DNA Health” or the “Company”) reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.

Payment Information

Treatments and services must be paid for in full at the time they are availed or ordered. The purchase of treatment/ service packages must be prepaid in full prior to your first session.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

DNA Health has a strict Cancellation Policy. 24 hours’ notice is required for a cancellation or postponement of an appointment. Cancellation or postponement of appointments without 24 hours’ notice will be fully chargeable as if attended and, should you have a treatment package, the session will be deducted from the remaining package value.

DNA Health does not provide refunds for any of its services, treatments or products which are purchased either in the clinic or online. If you have purchased a package of treatments or services and wish to obtain a refund for any remaining part of a package, you will only be eligible for a credit note which will need to be used within a 9-month period. Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed against any injectable aesthetic procedures, supplements or products.

Please note if you have requested a refund on a package which was subject to discounts or part of an offer, the Company will use its discretion to calculate the final credit note amount.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic DNA Health will not be giving refunds or accepting any returns for the retail products sold online or in our clinic.

All treatment and service packages must be utilized within a 9 month period and are non-transferable.

Late Arrivals

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, there may be times when a late arrival will result in reduced consultation time, rescheduling or cancellation of your appointment.

Offers and Promotions

All offers and promotions cannot be exchanged for any cash value and are subject to expiry.

Offer and promotions cannot be shared between individuals and are subject to availability.

Complementary vouchers and gift vouchers cannot be shared and should only be used by the intended person (and as such we may ask for ID proof from the person producing the voucher to verify, they are the recipient).

DNA Health reserves to right to change or cancel any offers at its own discretion without any notice.

Complaints Policy

We value our relationship with you and we want to ensure it is nothing less than the best it can be.

We want to make sure that we provide you with the best possible service experience. If you are not happy with any aspect of the services, we provide you, we would like to hear from you so that we can quickly put things right.
